Our businesses have been working together for over 8 years now. Brian has over 20 years experience in the meat cutting industry. He owns and operates Foster’s Meats located at the Westside Market in Cleveland, Ohio and also operates a deer processing business during the hunting season where he staffs 2 other meat cutters. He specializes in custom cutting and wrapping of not only deer, but any wild game. Brian also offers his own unique recipe of freshly-prepared deer sausage and Kielbasa.
